  • Ad and analytics data: how you arrived at our website and what you did there, through the cookies described in section 5.

Payment data

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partners. We receive a payment confirmation and limited details such as the payment method type, but we never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or net banking password.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and run your hosting account and deliver the Services you bought.
  • To process payments and issue GST invoices, as required by law.
  • To provide support and send important notices about your account, security and service changes.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep our servers secure.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To send occasional offers, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you create an account or place an order, and for legitimate uses allowed by law, such as meeting tax and legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Payment gateways that process your payments.
  • Infrastructure providers whose data centres and servers host our platform.
  • Service tools we use to run the business, such as billing, email delivery, support chat and analytics.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, to measure our ads, as described in section 5.
  • Authorities, when Indian law, a court or a lawful government request requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. When they do, we use providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards and as permitted by Indian law.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for these purposes:

  • Essential cookies keep checkout and your client area working. They cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies show us how visitors use our website, so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels, such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags, tell us which ads lead to visits and orders, and may be used to show you our ads on other websites.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout from working.

6. Data on your website

Personal data that your own website collects from its visitors, such as contact form entries or customer orders, is controlled by you. We store it on our servers only to host your website, and we do not access or use it except to provide support you request, keep the service secure, or comply with the law. You are responsible for your own website's privacy policy.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Account data is kept while your account is active.
  • Invoices and payment records are kept for at least 8 years, as required by Indian tax and company law.
  • After your account closes, hosting data is deleted from our servers within 30 days, and from backups when those backups expire.
  • Support messages are kept for up to 3 years after your account closes, so we can answer follow-up questions.

8. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, hardened servers and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so please use strong, unique passwords and turn on two-factor authentication where it is available. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
  • Ask us to delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (for example, invoices).
  • Withdraw consent for optional uses such as marketing emails.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
  • Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected] from your account email address.

10. Children

Our Services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and we will email active customers about significant changes.
