Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as account credit, depending on payment gateway limitations.


2. Monthly Hosting Plans

All monthly hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise specified.

You may request a refund if:

Non-Refundable Cases

Renewal payments are non-refundable.

Second-time purchases of the same hosting service are not eligible for refunds.

Accounts suspended for spam, phishing, malware, abuse, or illegal activity are not eligible for refunds.

Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, scripts, or software are outside our refund scope.

Failure to cancel a service before renewal does not qualify for a refund.

3. Lifetime Hosting Plans

Lifetime hosting plans are one-time payment services intended for long-term use and are subject to special refund conditions.

Lifetime plans are eligible for refunds only within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

After 30 days, all lifetime plan purchases become non-refundable.

Operational Cost Deductions

LifeHosty reserves the right to deduct reasonable operational or migration costs if excessive server resources, manual setup work, or promotional services were already provided.

Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable once processed.

LifeHosty reserves the right to deny refunds where service limitations, fair usage policies, or resource allocations were clearly disclosed before purchase.

Temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, or third-party software issues do not automatically qualify for refunds.
